This manual is published in compliance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). It is intended to assist persons wishing to access records held by Fintec Group (Pty) Ltd.
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private bodies, where that information is required for the exercise or protection of any right. Every private body must compile a manual setting out the records it holds and the procedure for requesting access to those records.

We will acknowledge receipt and respond within 30 days of receiving your request, or within the extended period permitted by PAIA where applicable.

Fees are set in accordance with the regulations promulgated under PAIA and are subject to change. Requesters who cannot afford the fee may apply for relief — contact us for details.
Note: No request fee is payable where the requester is seeking access to their own personal information.
